Data removal

You can request removal of your Wiggly account and the information associated with it at any time. This public route is available without signing in.

How to request account and data removal

  1. Email contact@wigglypet.co.uk with the subject Delete my Wiggly account.
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Wiggly account where possible. Do not include your password or unnecessary pet-care information.
  3. Wiggly will reply privately and ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.

What is deleted

After verification, Wiggly will delete the live authentication account, pet profiles, private pet photos, care and health information, calendar data, reminders, and other account content. Clearing browser data or simply stopping use of Wiggly does not delete the account.

Limited retention

Limited records may be retained where required for law, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims. Encrypted backup copies expire on the provider's backup cycle and are not restored as an active account after a valid deletion request. See the privacy notice for more information.
