Wiggly aims to make everyday pet-care information clear without overstating certainty. Product information, editorial guidance, and veterinary advice are kept distinct.

Source standards

Safety-related articles are checked against named sources such as veterinary manuals, veterinary charities, professional bodies, peer-reviewed research, and official product guidance. Sources are linked where practical so readers can inspect them directly.

Review labels

• Source checked means Wiggly Editorial compared the article with its cited sources. It does not mean a veterinary professional reviewed it.
• Veterinary reviewed is used only when a named, suitably qualified veterinary professional has reviewed the published wording.
• Draft database entries are withheld from the public checker until the required review and publication decision are recorded.

Corrections and updates

Articles show publication and update dates. Material safety corrections are made promptly, and content is removed from public results when confidence is insufficient. Concerns can be reported to contact@wigglypet.co.uk.

Limits

Wiggly does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate toxic doses, or replace an animal's veterinary team. Food Checker labels are screening categories, not clearance to feed. An emergency instruction always takes priority over continuing to browse the Service.
